3. Orders and Payment Terms

When you place an order with Shibui Store, you are offering to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

Order Process:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

4. Returns and Exchanges

We’ve designed our returns process to ensure a serene and respectful resolution should your purchase not meet your expectations.

Return & Exchange Timeframe:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

• Japanese Chopsticks (for hygiene reasons)
• Japanese Incense (once opened)
• Personalized or customized gift items
• Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
• Japanese Jewelry and Keychains may only be returned if original tags and packaging are intact and unopened

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization (we respond within 2 business days)
3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags
4. Ship to: 4199 Brown Street, Show Low, US 85901 (we recommend using a trackable service)
5. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refunds:

• Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
• Issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
